Ich bin mir zu 99 % sicher, dass es sich um Dauerspinat handelt und dass er unbedenklich verzehrt werden kann. Kann das jedoch irgendjemand überprüfen, bevor ich ihn esse? Ich habe es bei einem hoch bewerteten eBay-Verkäufer gekauft, also möchte ich nur sichergehen! Dank im Voraus!

Yes, that looks like the perpetual spinach I’ve grown in my garden. I like how it doesn’t bolt as quickly as regular spinach…it’s more like a chard in taste to me. The leafminers took a liking to it but I can’t foresee you having the same issue. 😉
I’d just harvest the largest leaves rather than pulling up an entire plant.
it looks pretty much like a perpetual spinach, but for safety maybe try to ask a local nursery or agricultural extension office
