Ich habe einige Ringelblumen- und Kapuzinerkressesamen gekauft, die ich als Begleitpflanzen für meinen Gemüsegarten anbauen möchte.
Ich habe sie noch nie zuvor angebaut und frage mich, ob es besser ist, sie drinnen anzubauen oder sie einfach direkt zu säen?
Ich weiß auch, dass auf den Päckchen die Aussaatmonate angegeben sind, aber was würden Sie sowohl für die Aussaat im Innen- als auch im Außenbereich empfehlen?

Direct sow. Be very prepared to have them reseed and grow everywhere. For the Nasturtiums, let them have a lot of trailing space, they grow far. You can eat Nasturtiums, they taste peppery. End of March
Nasturtiums are easy outdoors. Same goes for Calendula -pot marigolds (can sow outside in late August and they will overwinter fine.) Other marigolds I sow early May for June planting
So the Marigolds-indoors at about 60 odd degrees- probably end of March on a sunny windowsill or a conservatory.Sown in single-cell containers ideally-a h.hardy annual so cant really go outdoors until mid/late May.
The Nasturtiums,you could sow earlier in a cold greenhouse
.but as a low value/easy seed,you can just sow directly outdoors,say end of April-they grow so quickly-timing is not really important.
Both ate fantastic plants and really simple to grow. I start mine around late march indoors. Nasturtium April indoor or late May outside.
Marigolds can be planted very close together and dont spread much. Nasturtium can be 3ft across but watch out for caterpillars in summer, they can eat a mature plant overnight.
Nasturtium seeds are easy to collect at the end of the season and store well. Marigolds need some processing to get the seeds but good fun for a few hours in autumn. You should never need to buy these seeds again and you’ll always have too many plants for your garden.
Get some Dhalia seeds too, they are pretty easy and you never know what you get, and can be amazing.
