Should of planted near the end of January maybe a grow light but it’s going to be a while till I’d say it’s ok to plant them out
You’ll want a greenhouse outside. Which can be homemade (eg plastic crate, or thick clear plastic over a frame).
The point of autumn sowing is to get them established with some decent roots before winter, then they stall through the winter months (ie don’t expect more growth), but they are ready & waiting for spring, so you get a head start.
An established snapdragon that’s flowered heavily all Season will usually come through an average Winter-albeit needing a tidy Up come Spring. You are going to have to nurse those little mites right through the next 2.5 months odd now.
Heat wont be the issue, but as much light as possible may be.
Also you’re in the rather odd position of them needing a bit more room than cells,so some form of potting them up but without encouraging too much active growth as well…!
I find a good time to sow them is when I sow tomato seeds,so about the end of March.
By the time they’re at the same stage as yours they grow pretty fast.
Make super restores.
