Als ich diese Pflanze zum ersten Mal bekam, war sie so voll, dass ich sie langsam abtötete. Bis der Stängel vor kurzem wieder anfing, diese wunderschönen Blätter zu produzieren. Was habe ich dann gemacht? …. Das gesamte neue Wachstum wurde sofort abgebrochen. Versuchen wir es noch einmal. Jetzt habe ich zwei 🥹✌️

It looks like it’s rotting. Check the roots and if they’re mushy or slimy or smelly you’ll wanna cut them off of the main plant. Repot and lower watering frequency. For the broken stem, you can try propagating. If you’ve never done it before there’s tons of tutorials, but I’ll give a basic explanation.
First identify the node of the stem, this is where leaves and roots will grow out of.
Once you have identified the node(s), you’ll wanna remove the bottom 2-3 leaves, leaving a couple nodes exposed.
Next you’ll get some room temp/slightly warm water and put the stem in, only covering the nodes with the water, not any leaves.
Top up the water when it gets a little low, and wait for roots.
Lastly you’ll wanna watch for biofilm, which is this slimy coating that will show up on the stem. If you see biofilm, rinse the stem and switch the water. If you don’t see biofilm, that is a good thing 🙂
Best of luck and lmk if you have any questions. I’ll do my best to answer them.
Oooo new soil please! Make it more airy! And less watering! It looks super wet. Get some potting soil from the store that has a mix of moss/natural sources/pumice, etc, and a bag of vermiculite. Add a lot of the vermiculite to the mix so it drains really well. Don’t overthink it.
You will 100% get 2 great plants out of this
