it looks like it also killed my spider plant too, unfortunately.

Probably but bring them in and as long as they aren’t mouldy don’t let them dry out totally and just see if anything reshoots

How squishy is the stem of that banana? They can grow back from the corms. Bring them in now, chop anything that’s squishy you might get regrowth

Cut the leaves off the ensete and dry store it, it should be fine. The peppers are dead…

Peppers, yes, definitely.
The banana may grow back from the roots, though.

Our banana frozen last year to the point where the new leaves poking out in the middle were mush. When the spring came it just carried on like nothing had happened with the ends of the first leaves missing. If it’s anything like ours it’ll probably be fine l. Brother in law has never covered his (East Midlands) and they always look sad after a frost, yet always comeback in the spring.

Banana will be ok ! Chop the leaves off and if the stem doesn’t feel mushy, wrap it in bubble wrap and put it somewhere frost free. Even if the stem does feel mushy it’s ok, it will still regrow next year – the roots can survive down to -10.
Preserving the stem allows you to keep some height for next year. But no worries if it’s mushy. It will regrow from roots next year.

Your peppers have a chance to shoot again from the woody stems next year.
If you bring them inside, cut off anything green and keep them in a not too hot and not too light spot, watering every two weeks, there is a good chance they will come back next March time.

My red banana tree was completely black after a -3 freeze last year, even worse than yourse right now. Brought it indoors, and it began pushing new growth out after 3 weeks. If you leave it outside, however, it will still remain 100% dead (they need at least around 14 celsius to produce growth)

It looks as though that one leaf might still have life in it but if it does for back, don’t throw it away. I had that happen with my ensete and the next year I had several baby bananas come from around the edge of the rhizome.
