It will! A customer gave me some cuttings of this same type of plant. Just use a well draining soil, lay the vines on top of the soil (I also poked the cut bottom end into the soil to root) and everywhere that a node (leaf point) touches it will grow roots!

They rooted easily when I put them with the cut ends in a little vase of water.
You can plant directly in soil or in some water. They’ll def grow. Split into a few peices.
Once each node roots you could snip between each and have many individual plants
