Root hormone, happy frog soil, constitantly moist set off to the side of my grow light in the shed
I’m new to shoving clippings in my fanny pack and taking them home for later.

No, it not dying is a very bad sign /s
It’s probably a few weeks or maybe longer before it will have rooted. In a month or so, give it a very gentle tug, if it doesn’t budge, it has probably rooted.
If you’re in the southern hemisphere, there are probably good chances because it’s early spring.
If you’re in the northern hemisphere, I’m not sure.
I’ve never actually done this with passionflower or passionfruit, but I have gone down the rabbit hole of research before.

Ive been trying to prop some stems from behind my office but haven’t had much luck. I applied rooting powder and stuck the end in a cup of water that i regularly cycled to prevent mosquitoes or algae from growing. They never rooted and eventually shriveled up though :/
I have a bag of seeds that I’m trying to sprout, but I only have half an idea what I’m doing on that front. I currently have a tub of damp cardboard sprout cups covered in saran wrap in a shady corner of my porch.
