It’s so pretty!! I finally proplifted a perle von Nuremberg leaf at Walmart. There were only 4 leaves clinging to a tall stem, but it was SO pink! I barely touched it, and one of the leaves fell off. OOPSIE! Then I went and asked the employee that was working in the garden center what they did when it was time to throw out the plants that were no good. She said “we throw them out.” I said “you don’t set them beside the dumpster so that plant people can rescue them?” She looked annoyed. She said “they go in the compost bin.” I didn’t know what that meant, so I thanked her and kept walking with my tiny little leaf.
